Facts about Water


1) 70% of our body is filled with water.


2) Body water is regulated by hormones such as anti-diuretic hormone (ADH), aldosterone and atrial natriuretic peptide. Try to get the best drinking water possible. Check out some facts about the water you're drinking.


 Air is not completely clean, the food we eat may have insignificant amounts of toxic, the products that we use on our skin and hair are also toxic. Water removes the dangerous toxins that are added into our body.
