Your brain is 80% of water

We know that water play very crucial role in our body, but did you know that Water is also important for our brain. Our  brain tissue is 80% of water, Optimal brain function depends on water. This seems interesting, since brain functioning depend on water. The brain has no way to store water and this is were dehydration comes in. The amount of water which got dehydrated in a day need to be replaced, or else it may effect the brain functioning. However Brain cells need 2x more energy than other cells in the body and water supplies energy. When hydrated, you have more energy. When the brain is functioning on a full reserve of water, it will function at full capacity and you'll think better and faster. Creativity is boosted.

=>The level of energy generate decrease.
=>Dehydration can also be the cause for stress and depression.
=>Mostly found symptom's are thirst, dry mouth, lack of energy and mental confusion.

  • Facts alternative for water

Peoples often drink Pop, Coke alternate for water to quench their thirst. Pop is full of sugar and sometimes caffeine. Even pop without sugar and caffeine is NOT a healthy substitute for water. Remember, sugar in our diet requires more water to process.

Conclusion: DRINK MORE WATER - IT WILL HELP YOUR BRAIN WORK BETTER.
