Aside from this, a lot of research has been done to help smokers quit from smoking. Most rich countries increase the retail price of cigs. Other’s put in the label, “Surgeons’ warning: smoking cigarettes will kill you.” And there are also horrible images on every cig’s box that show the side-effects. And now we have electronic ones which have no nicotine.

Smoking is bad and everyone know it. A lot of people have tried using electronic cigarettes to stop, but since there are no long-term studies concerning them, they could be just as bad. The best thing is simply to stop.

Just... gonna put this out there. I understand that nicotine 'controls' the brain and makes you crave for more but with this, you see the dangers. With this, maybe you could learn to control your own body, don't let foreign chemicals control it. If you want to stop smoking, then stop smoking. You're the one who was in control that first time, right? You're the one that lifted the cancer stick to your mouth, and inhaled, correct? For some odd reason, smoking has been romanticized, and people find it attractive when a pretty lady is holding it, or has it in between their teeth, but wait and see how long that girl will be pretty, wait and see how long she'll be there, for that matter. It's disgusting, do you really want to kiss a lady with breath that smells like death? Not meaning to be sexist in any sense, it's not like it's just bad for women or course, I'm only talking about the way smoking is romanticized. It's much more than skin deep.
